Your Best Self

We are please to announce our first wellness series presented by labarre studios. Your Best Self is a five-class journey exploring all of the factors that go into living a healthier, bolder more fulfilling life through fitness, nutrition and balance of mind and body.
The series will immerse guests into topics such as the mind-body connection, nutrition, the power of movement, managing stress in modern day life, cultivating authentic and rewarding relationships, and many other impactful concepts.
Expect to gain knowledge, challenge your habits, shift your perspectives and lay the groundwork to feel better and live better, every day.
Led by Jacquelyn Hollenkamp, Nutrition and Health Coach
Jacquelyn’s deepest passions lie in helping others realize their own potential- physically, mentally and emotionally. After going through her own journey to find true health, Jacquelyn acquired an affinity for learning the intricate workings of the body, and discovering how the body has an incredible capacity to heal itself naturally if given the right tools. Her passion led her to a career in the nutrition industry, which she compounded with teaching both barre and Yoga. Jacquelyn is currently working on her certification with the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, and works as a Nutrition and Health Coach at AVA Wellness MD in San Jose.

Tuesday August 16th- The Vitality Blueprint: Your Best Self
Explore the idea of the “lifestyle ecosystem”- that our best self is created by many different factors, not just one single thing. Provides an overview for optimizing nutrition, movement, rest, stress management, mindset, relationships, self-care, and your environment. We highly recommend coming to this kick off to lay the foundation for the rest of the series!
Tuesday September 19th- Nutrition in a Nutshell
De-mystify all the “dos and don’ts” of dieting and nutrition, and learn how to eat to fuel your body and feel your best. Expect concepts such as ditching the “diet” mentality, mindful eating, reading food labels, the current state of the US Food Industry, a proper shopping list and balanced meal ideas.
Tuesday October 17th- Move, Rest, and Manage Your Stress
Discover the power of movement, how to create a sustainable workout regimen and fine tune your physical resilience. Learn the keys to getting better quality rest and how to truly listen to your body. Discover the true impact of stress on the body, and how to realistically manage stress in modern day life. Special guest speaker: Dr. Steven K. Sherry, D.C., Sports Chiropractor
Tuesday, November 14th- Finding Fulfillment Within
Deep dive into the inner workings of your mindset and find how subconscious beliefs and thought patterns can create major limitations, or on the flip side, make the sky the limit. Become an expert on yourself, what truly makes you fulfilled, and how to incorporate joy into your everyday life. Special guest speaker: Jennette Holzworth
Tuesday, December 12th- A Product of Your Environment
It is undeniable that we become a product of our environment! Take a look at how the environment in your home, career and relationships impact your overall health and happiness. Understand how to create fulfilling and authentic connections with others, find your “tribe” and foster love and compassion. Special guest speakers: Lisa and Rob Alberino
