barreBOLD Training Program
Periodic, small-group sessions offered to certified labarre instructors and select trainees, based on demand
This half day training is designed for individuals with prior group fitness instruction experience. Rather than covering the fundamentals of cueing or class leadership, the focus is on understanding the labarre barreBOLD format—including structure, routine creation, playlist building, and effective beat matching.
Participants selected to continue as labarre barreBOLD instructors will teach several community-discounted classes and receive personalized feedback and 1:1 coaching and mentorship from our Senior Master Trainer.
Note: This training is offered periodically throughout the year based on interest and is typically limited to current barre certified labarre instructors. Others are welcome to join if a training group is already formed.
