Signature Barre
Intensity ⚜️ - ⚜️⚜️
Labarre's signature class, Signature Barre promotes balance, poise, and core-strength. Utilizing larger movements to elevate your heart rate and small isolated movements to fatigues the muscles, our seven segment barre class will have you feeling strong in your body, happy in your mind and confident in your spirit. With movement modifications offered by the instructor, this class is ideal for those new to Labarre and those who have been with us from the beginning. This class is offered in our E45 and 60 minute formats.
Grip socks are highly recommended for all Barre classes.

Signature HIIT
Intensity ⚜️⚜️
Whether Pilates or Bootcamp inspired, labarre's Signature HIIT allows you to design yourself as your instructor brings their individual expertise and format of cardio, muscle toning, and strengthening to class. Our High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) class will keep your heart rate elevated, while increasing your flexibility, agility and coordination, boosting your metabolism, and improving your overall health. Exercises are performed on a mat and may include weights and additional props. This class is offered in our E45 and 60 minute formats.
Grip socks are highly recommended for HIIT classes.

Bare PUMP
Intensity ⚜️⚜️ - ⚜️⚜️⚜️
An exhilarating experience complete with barre, weights, cardio and repetition to fatigue. Each instructors playlist is dialed up showcasing Hip Hop, Rap and Club beats. Expect the room to be heated. Prepare to sweat and awaken your inner beast! While we welcome all levels to class please note that if you are new to Barre or just starting your wellness/fitness journey we recommend experiencing our Signature Barre class before joining BarrePUMP. **Please note the temperature is monitored by the instructors and in the Summer months they may open the doors briefly during class to help regulate the temperature.

Restorative Strength
Intensity ⚜️⚜️
This challenging class is a full body workout designed to strengthen muscles and build bone density with weights and plyometrics. We address common muscular imbalances with targeted exercises. This class will improve your range of motion and athleticism. Modifiable and accessible for all levels of fitness, Restorative Strength is an important compliment to all fitness routines.
Grip socks are highly recommended for Restorative Strength.
Mindful Vinyasa Flow
Intensity ⚜️⚜️
Our Mindful Vinyasa Flow class was created with you in mind, supporting your journey to begin your yoga practice. Mindful Flow will guide you through a gentle flow series of postures coordinated with intentional breath-work. Postures throughout class will support strength and balance within the body also while working to increase mobility, flexibility and muscle recovery. This is a flow class that welcomes both beginners or experienced guests.

Yoga Fusion
Intensity ⚜️⚜️ - ⚜️⚜️⚜️
A perfect integration of energizing music, challenging sequencing and the mind-body principles of yoga and barre. Labarre's Yoga Fusion combines traditional Vinyasa Yoga with weights, cardio and isometric barre movements to tone and strengthen all major muscle groups. Leave feeling strong, balanced and inspired.

Drumming
Intensity ⚜️⚜️ - ⚜️⚜️⚜️
In this adrenaline-charged, cardio-focused, full-body workout, you become one with the music. Combining barre and Pilates-inspired choreography with drumsticks and a themed playlist, this easily modifiable class appeals to all and may be the most fun workout ever!
Our Friday night drumming parties are offered once a month and is the best way to kick off your weekend!

Gentle Restorative Yoga
Intensity ⚜️
Restorative yoga is a great compliment for your work out regimen. Through longer holds and deeper breaths with the support of props this class restores and accelerates healing in your muscles that need it most. Allow your stress and tension to melt away and leave feeling refreshed, relaxed and rested in Mind, Body and Spirit!

Signature BIIT

Bringing the best of Labarre’s Signature Barre class and Signature HIIT classes in one, Signature BIIT allows you to design yourself as your instructor combines the seven segments of Signature Barre with intensive interval training. Exercises will be performed at the barre, on the mat, and may include weights and additional props. This class is offered in our E45 and 60 minute formats.
