barreBALANCE

barreBALANCE is our home base. It’s where many guests begin—and where many choose to stay.


Each class follows a clear, steady arc: arrival and warm-up, strength and challenge, then grounding and rejuvenation. Every movement is set to music, so you can settle in without overthinking and let the rhythm carry the work.


Expect thoughtful, full-body strength, intentional pacing, and space to reconnect with yourself. You’ll leave feeling taller, more connected, and with a quiet confidence that says, I can handle the rest of my day.


Suitable for beginners and longtime movers alike, with options offered throughout.

barreBOLD

barreBOLD turns the challenge up—without losing the heartbeat of labarre.


This leveled-up barre class layers deeper ranges of motion, heavier weights, and moments of off-beat intensity, always balanced by rhythm and recovery. Expect strong, full-body work that asks for focus and grit, while still leaving space for grace.


barreBOLD is where mental tension gets transformed into grounded strength. You’ll walk out feeling powerful, steady, and deeply capable in your body.


New to barre, labarre, or consistent movement? We recommend starting with barreBALANCE to learn the structure and rhythm before stepping into barreBOLD.

Breathe & Restore

Breath-led classes that range from active flow to deep restoration

yogaFLOW

yogaFLOW is an accessible, breath-led vinyasa practice designed to help you settle into your body and quiet the mind.


Movement unfolds in a steady, continuous flow, guided by breath and music rather than rigid choreography. Expect mindful transitions, gentle strength and mobility work, and moments of pause that invite presence without pressure.

This class supports balance, circulation, and mental clarity—leaving you feeling open, grounded, and more at ease in your body.


Suitable for all levels, whether you’re new to yoga or returning to the mat.

yogaRESTORE

yogaRESTORE is a nervous-system reset.


This deeply calming class uses slow movement, breath, music, and supported rest to create space to land. It’s less about form and flow, and more about regulation—allowing the body to soften and the mind to settle.


Some sessions draw from restorative yoga, while others incorporate intuitive movement and curated soundscapes to guide the arc. However it shows up, the intention is the same: to release tension, restore energy, and leave you feeling steady, spacious, and calm.


This is a place to recalibrate—physically, mentally, and emotionally.


Grip socks are optional for all Yoga-based classes.

Intentional classes that deepen, challenge, or celebrate movement

strengthEMPOWER

strengthEMPOWER is an intentionally small-group strength class offered on our regular weekly schedule and led by Amber Bilak-Yip, labarre’s in-house corrective exercise specialist.


With a maximum of eight participants, this class provides a more personalized, hands-on experience—bridging the space between group class and personal training. Sessions focus on functional strength, muscular balance, and sustainable movement patterns, with close attention to form, alignment, and individual needs.


Expect clear guidance, thoughtful progressions, and purposeful challenge, all designed to help you build strength that feels supportive, steady, and long-lasting.


Access note: strengthEMPOWER is available to members on unlimited plans or as a single drop-in.

yogaSCULPT

yogaSCULPT is a challenging, music-driven class that blends strength, flow, and cardio into a steady, beat-matched experience.


Led by one of labarre’s experienced yogis, this class layers yoga-inspired movement with resistance work and intentional intensity. Expect continuous, rhythm-based sequences that build heat, challenge endurance, and ask you to stay present as the pace rises.


yogaSCULPT is strong, focused, and athletic—designed for those who enjoy being pushed while staying connected to breath and rhythm.


Offered as a pop-up specialty class.

drumBEAT

drumBEAT is a high-intensity, cardio-forward, music-driven experience—and one of the most uniquely labarre offerings on our schedule.


This class blends rhythmic drumming with barre- and Pilates-inspired movement, using drumsticks and a fully themed playlist to create a fast-paced, sweat-inducing arc. The cardio is continuous, the pace is driven by the beat, and the energy builds quickly—making this class more about momentum than modification.


Led by labarre owner Julie, drumBEAT is a modality created exclusively for our studio by founder Lisa Alberino alongside her longtime collaborator and dance and movement expert, Krissy KT. It’s expressive, energetic, and rooted in rhythm, community, and play.


Offered in a 60-minute format on Friday nights about once per month, drumBEAT is designed to kick off the weekend—worked, exhilarated, and smiling.


This class moves fast. You’re always welcome to pause, catch your breath, and jump back in when you’re ready.
