In this adrenaline-charged, cardio-focused, full-body workout, you become one with the music. Combining barre and Pilates-inspired choreography with drumsticks and a themed playlist, this easily modifiable class appeals to all and may be the most fun workout ever!

Yoga with Active Release Cupping
Friday, August 22nd from 6:00 - 7:30 pm
Join Angelica and Phoenix for an evening of Yoga and Active Release Cupping. The intentional combination of gentle and restorative yoga and with therapeutic cupping work in synergy to stretch and release whole fascial lines throughout the body. Allow yourself to find release and relaxation during this 90-minute workshop structured to support your mind, body and spirit.

If you’ve ever wondered whether meditation could actually work for you—or you’ve tried it before but weren’t sure you were “doing it right”—this 90-minute, hands-on workshop is your chance to find out in the most engaging way possible.
In this experiential session, you’ll explore five distinct types of meditation—from grounding body-based practices to visualization, breath-focused methods, and beyond. You’ll be guided step-by-step, given space to reflect, and invited to ask questions along the way.
You’ll walk away with:
- A clear sense of which meditation styles feel natural (and which don’t)
- Practical tips to bring meditation into your daily life in a way that actually sticks
- A lighter, calmer nervous system and a taste of what’s possible when you truly slow down
Whether you’re brand new to meditation or have dabbled before, this will be an approachable, interactive, and even fun experience—because meditation doesn’t have to be so serious.

What better way to serve our community then bringing our classes directly to those who need it? That's exactly what we do here on a monthly basis. Inspiring the seniors of Santa Clara County to truly remain active during their Golden Years, our instructors have 'drumsticks and will travel' bringing fun, music and wellness to this wonderful bunch.
