Tacos & Togetherness: A labarre community night

Tacos & Togetherness is a simple invitation to connect beyond the barre.
After the 6:15pm barreBOLD class, we’ll head to Zona Rosa for an easy, come-as-you-are gathering with your labarre community. No agenda, no expectations — just space to linger, chat, laugh, and get to know one another outside of the studio.
At labarre, we believe movement is only part of the experience. Community, conversation, and feeling like you belong matter just as much, especially for those who are new. This night is about deepening those connections in a relaxed, welcoming way.
labarre will be providing chips & salsa, with tacos and drinks available for individual purchase. Come for one taco or stay awhile. Bring a friend, or come solo and meet someone new. Everyone is welcome!

Flow & Groove: Yoga & Live Music
Saturday, March 7th, 4:30-5:45pm
Father–daughter duo Phoenix and Dave bring their shared love of movement and music to this special Flow & Groove class. Phoenix will guide you through a fun, powerful, vinyasa-based flow designed to energize the body and center the mind, while Dave layers the experience with uplifting, groove-driven live guitar and original jams.
This unique collaboration blends mindful movement, rhythm, and connection — creating a class that’s equal parts grounding, joyful, and energizing.
Bring a friend (or family!) and join us for a one-of-a-kind experience that will truly get you groovin’.
Friday Night Drumming Party to Elton John
Friday, February 27th at 6pm
In this adrenaline-charged, cardio-focused, full-body workout, you become one with the music. Combining barre and Pilates-inspired choreography with drumsticks and a themed playlist, this easily modifiable class appeals to all and may be the most fun workout ever!
labarre gives back
Huge love to our incredible labarre community for showing up so generously for labarre gives back. Thanks to you, we collected 167 gently-used clothing items and enough toiletries for over 100 hygiene kits. 💜
All donations have now been delivered to Front Door Communities, where they’ll be made available to women. Their boutique and pantry offer a no-fee, dignity-centered place to shop for clothing, groceries, and hygiene items — plus warm lunches and a welcoming space to breathe and decompress. They also support men in need with essentials like socks, underwear, and hot meals, serving over 1,200 vulnerable community members each month.
We’re so honored to support their incredible work, and we’ll be looking for more opportunities to partner with them in the future. Thank you to everyone who donated — this is what community looks like. 🌟
Senior Drumming
3rd Wednesday of each month from 9:30-11:30am at Belmont village
What better way to serve our community then bringing our classes directly to those who need it? That's exactly what we do here on a monthly basis. Inspiring the seniors of Santa Clara County to truly remain active during their Golden Years, our instructors have 'drumsticks and will travel' bringing fun, music and wellness to this wonderful bunch.
