This season, we’re proud to partner with Front Door Communities, an organization that uplifts vulnerable women through connection, dignity, and care. Our current giving campaign benefits their Lifted Spirits Boutique, which offers a no-cost shopping experience for women in need.

We’re collecting gently used athletic wear — sweatshirts, tanks, tees, leggings, and bras — as well as new travel-sized toiletries for hygiene kits, including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, toothbrushes, toothpaste, dental floss, hand sanitizer, and wet wipes.

Donation baskets are available in the studio. Because there’s strength in showing up ... and power in giving.

Friday Night Drumming Party

Friday, November 21st at 6pm

​ In this adrenaline-charged, cardio-focused, full-body workout, you become one with the music. Combining barre and Pilates-inspired choreography with drumsticks and a themed playlist, this easily modifiable class appeals to all and may be the most fun workout ever!

Senior Drumming

3rd Wednesday of each month from 9:30-11:30am at Belmont village

What better way to serve our community then bringing our classes directly to those who need it? That's exactly what we do here on a monthly basis. Inspiring the seniors of Santa Clara County to truly remain active during their Golden Years, our instructors have 'drumsticks and will travel' bringing fun, music and wellness to this wonderful bunch.
