As Spring continues on and we look forward to an amazing summer we remind you to get inspired with the wonderful Springspirations in our Alley. By the time you finish reading, I assure you, you will be ready to tackle the day!

Don’t forget! Mother’s Day is approaching and we have some special treats for all mom’s and those who have held down that moniker in some way shape or form.
Stella & Dot will be providing a “pop up” shop at our studio during all Mother’s Day morning classes. We will also be offering discounted class packages and merchandise specials (day of only).

This is the last month to get in on the best deal in the South Bay. Our Co-Founders Membership offer is in its last month. Our prices will be increasing in June so this is your chance to grab that membership you have been thinking of. Be sure to secure your Co-Founders Membership and pre-purchase your class passes before rates increase on June 1st, 2018.
Our next labarre studios’ challenge is en route and it is the “100 Days Summer Strong.” The challenge begins on Memorial Day and runs all the way to Labor Day.
This means there will be a return of our star charts so we can harken back to the day of being a good student and win some sparkly awards for kicking butt in the studios! Track your attendance by adding a star next to your name with every visit. The more visits the greater the chance you have of winning a really cool prize. Follow our Instagram Challenges, every time you post you have a chance to win fabulous prizes, such as: gift cards, merchandise, acai bowls, fresh-pressed juices, and tuition paid for our Total Reset Program.
Don’t miss out, because you know that the

beach is coming soon and you have to look your best.

A tip from the Total Reset Program coach,
Jacquelyn Hollenkamp
As the weather heats up it will be even more important to fill up your cup (with water) and stay hydrated! Drinking enough water is often overlooked as one of the cornerstones of health, and is a major contributor to weight loss, energy levels, better digestion, detoxification, and even a clear complexion. At minimum, you should be consuming half your body weight in ounces of water per day. I.e., if you weigh 150 pounds, you should consume a minimum of 75 oz. of water a day. A better rule of thumb is for your urine to be light yellow throughout the duration of the day…this may mean many bathroom breaks, but your body will thank you!
To meet your body’s daily water requirements, try starting your day with 12-24 ounces of water right after waking up. Try it with the juice of ½ a lemon for energizing and detoxing effects! Keep a large water bottle filled with water (You can get a great labarre bottle like this and use it every day) and take it with you to work, on the road, etc. If you’re not a fan of plain water, try spicing it up with some lemon or lime juice, torn up mint leaves, cucumber, strawberries or other flavorful fruits, veggies or fresh herbs.
