STUDIO UPDATE!

First off I want to thank everyone who has been so loyal and patient as we prepare to finally open the doors to 1445 The Alameda!  There is not much left to talk about when it comes to construction as we are painting and finishing up the final details at labarre studios.
 
Our final inspection is scheduled for next week and we hope to get the “green light” to move into our home location at 1445 The Alameda, San Jose, CA, 95126.  We will start with a “soft open” conducting classes for all of our guests which will be followed with our Grand Opening slotted for mid-July.  So exciting!
 
Once we have our “soft open” date we will share that with everyone on all social media outlets along with an email.  This will be the date when Founding Memberships will be activated that have been holding a reservation.  Of course, if you have already pre-selected a start date or are currently using your membership, your contract date will not change.
 
We had a very successful Drumming Class on June 4th.  The sold out class hopefully made our master trainer, Krissy KT proud as Sara Rosa and I instructed for our first time.  Our next Drumming Class is on Friday, June 23rd, at 5:45pm.  We will be rocking out to our 80’s rock-themed class (a personal favorite!)  Please register for this wonderful class to assure a spot.  For added fun, we will have drawings and free gifts from local businesses.  This one is a must!

Due to great demand, we are proud to note we added 3 additional barre classes and 2 yoga classes a week, plus 2 Drumming classes each month to our permanent class schedule.  We are holding close to 100 classes a month!  This is an amazing milestone for the barre equipe. Thanks to all of you for continuing to support labarre studios with your loyalty and referrals – again, tell us how we can improve by leaving us a message or simply pulling us aside.  We are building this with you, our incredible guests, in mind.
 
Because we have had some great traction with referrals, we decided to do something to honor the great word-of-mouth that we have been receiving.
 
We will be hosting a member referral contest for the month of July.  The member who refers the most new members to labarre in the month of July will receive a $200 gift voucher to be used in our merchandise store.  So get those referrals rocking and assure that anyone who signs up mentions your name so you can get full credit!
 
Good news - our Founders Memberships are very close to being SOLD OUT and we are closing our Founders Membership sales on July 31st, 2017.  As of August 1st we will be offering our memberships at a higher price point so kudos to those who have taken advantage of this exceptional offer that will never be offered again.  If you haven’t signed up and are thinking about it, don’t delay any longer, they are going and going fast!
 
A quick note to the parents who are working hard on their fitness goals - when we move into our studio we will hold childcare for weekday classes during the following times: 8:45am, 10:00am, 4:30pm and 5:45pm.  Childcare will be available for weekend classes during the 9:00am and 10:15am classes.  Childcare packages and reservations will be available on-line through MindBody.  Sessions are $5.00 for a drop in rate and as low as $3.00 per session when purchasing a childcare package.
 
Single and Multiple Class Packs will be available when our studio opens.  We will continue our free weekly-unlimited pass to all new guests.  Drop in rates are $25 per class.  Class Packs are available in increments of 5, 10, 20, 50, and 100.   Class Packs are designed with the more classes you purchase the better the value.  Note : class packs do not expire.   
 
5 classes = $22/class
10 classes = $20/class
20 classes = $18/class
50 = $17/class
100 = $16/class
 
Lastly, without you, labarre studios would not be possible.  I have said it before and will continue to do so, “thank you, thank you, thank you!” We are grateful for your support, loyal following and for growing our community and boutique fitness studio to where we are today!
