What do I wear & bring to class?
Workout friendly clothing, wear grip socks and bring along a water bottle & towel. We have towels available for a $2 rental and grip socks available for purchase.
Where do I park?
Street parking is available footsteps from the studio. You can also park across the street at the Hester School parking lot during non-school hours or when school is not in session. The lot is available early mornings before 8a and evenings after 4p during the week, on weekends and during the summer.
Do I need to pre-register for class?
We suggest registering for class 48-hours in advance to assure a
spot in class. Be on your mat 5-minutes before class begins.
Register for class on the MindBody app.
What is your cancellation policy?
Please cancel within four hours of start time to avoid our late cancellation fee.
Do you have showers and lockers?
We do not have showers. We offer small lockers
with locks for your personal belongings.
What types of classes do you offer?
We offer 45 & 60 minute class formats in barre, HIIT Pilates, Yoga,
and Drumming in-studioand virtually to accommodate your busy lifestyle.
What classes would you recommend for beginners?
Our classes can be modified for any fitness level
and are great for pre and post-natal mamas.
Where can I find class descriptions & schedule?
Our class descriptions and schedule are located on
the mindbody app and here on our website.
Can I leave class early or arrive to class late?
Plan to stay the entire class and take breaks as needed.
We do not allow late arrivals into class.
Do you have a new member special?
New members receive their first month of unlimited classes for just $79.
This transitions into a membership in the second month, cancel anytime.
Can I bring a friend to class for free?
Guests with a membership receive one free guest pass per month.
This is a use it or lose it pass and does not carry over monthly.
Do you offer refunds on membership payments?
No, we do not offer refunds on membership payments.
How do I pause, change, or cancel my membership?
There is a membership change form available on the footer of our website.
