BARRE


Signature
This class integrates dancer's Barre and props to promote balance, poise and core-strength. Small isolated movements fatigue the muscles while larger motions elevate the heart rate. You will leave feeling stronger and empowered with restored inner-strength.

YOGA


Yoga Fusion
A perfect integration of energizing music, challenging sequencing and mind-body principles of yoga and barre. Labarre fusion combines traditional Vinyasa Yoga with lightweights, cardio and isometric barre movements to tone and strengthen all major muscle groups. Leave feeling strong, balanced and inspired!  


Gentle Restorative
Restorative yoga is a great compliment for your workout regimen. This class restores and accelerates healing in your muscles that need it most.  Restorative yoga works the deep connective tissues in the body by holding poses longer with the aid of props.  Each class begins with 10-15 minutes of freestyle & customized ball rolling.  Feel leaving refreshed, relax, rested in Mind, Body, and Spirit!

Mindful
This calming class done with candlelight provides respite from the noise and pressures of daily life. Large dynamic smooth movements, postures and breathing promote relaxation and mindfulness.

M3
Studies have shown that the mind affects the body and vice versa. This 45-minute class will incorporate Mindfulness, Movement and Meditation along with guided visualization designed to help you envision your mind, body and spirit in a state of
optimal health with peaceful balance.


Yin Yoga Nidra
Flip your body's "off" switch with this soothing 45-minute sequence. Start with breath work and yin poses to melt deep into your body's connective tissue, and finish with Yoga Nidra (or Yogic Sleep.) This is a meditation designed to take you into a deep state of physical relaxation and mental calmness.  Yoga Nidra counters anxiety and supports optimal sleep.

DRUMMING


Drumming
You become the music in this adrenaline-charged full-body workout that combines cardio and strength training with yoga and Pilates-inspired movements.  This welcoming, uplifting workout is easily modified and appeals to all.


HIIT


HIIT Pilates
HIIT Pilates is a combination of cardio, muscle toning and strengthening. The High Intensity Interval Training keeps your heart rate up, helping you burn fat. Additionally, HIIT increases your flexibility, agility, and coordination, boosts your metabolism and improves overall health. The Pilates principles sculpt your body, creating long lean muscle mass. Exercises are performed on a mat.

HIIT Tabata
Tabata is one of the most popular forms of high intensity interval training. It consist of eight rounds of ultra-high intensity exercises in a specific "20 seconds on" and "10 seconds off interval." This will push your body to the absolute limit.

Signature HIIT
This 45-minute class combines the best of both our HIIT and Signature classes. Class will begin with a hybrid heat-up then transitions to High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) for a combined legs & cardio segment to keep your heart rate up, helping you burn fat. The last part of class ends on the mat with mixed intervals of glutes and abs using the barre ball.
In Rejuvenation you will leave feeling stronger and empowered with restored inner-strength.

EXPRESS


EXP 45 & EXP 30
All your favorite classes are offered in express 45 minute & 30 minute formats.  This gives you the opportunity to put in extra hours and stay for another class or get in and out if you are crunched for time. 

SPECIALTY CLASSES & WORKSHOPS


Mindfulness & Nutrition Workshops
Our health coach will lead you through these mindful workshops with discussions around enhancing your immune system, managing everyday stress and more.  Topics change weekly and they will allow you to become more educated and bring greater balance to your mind, body and spirit.


Our classes are easily modified and appeal to all ages, genders and abilities.
