We work so hard on sculpting our bodies and being the best we can be. One of the reasons I started labarre is to help people achieve fitness goals and find a perfect connection between the mind, body and spirit. Complete balance - not just physically, but across all fronts.
But I can't do it alone!
And that is where the team comes in! For a little over a month it has been all about "we". We have trained, we have learned and we have worked together as a group. Currently we have just under a dozen lovely women from all walks of life working their hardest to provide the studio with a perfect balance of instructors. That, in turn, will allow our guests to have a great amount of diverse leaders helping them on their journey - whether its their first step in a barre studio or their thousandth. A by-product of working with so many wonderful, dedicated and powerful instructors is we are getting to know each other in great depth. This allows us to connect better as a team and, again, allowing us to be in synch so that when those doors open up at 1445 The Alameda, we will have hit full stride for our guests and our team!
And as a team we are offering something for everyone.
Each instructor has their own unique story - whether they were born on the east coast, they were a star college athlete, they were leaving corporate america and following their heart into a new career-path or they are a mom who is reinventing themselves, that diverse team will play an important role of finding the right fit for each and every guest.
I truly feel we have an instructor to fit every guest and that is more evident with every day we train.
Thanks for those who have helped us train to lead during these past few weeks as the underground classes have been a success. Sometimes an intimate class is taught and sometimes there isn't a space on the barre! But in every class, in every training session, we inch closer to our goals and closer to the opening of labarre studios! ~ Lisa Alberino, Founder
