Completing the #Arbonne30, their 30 Days to Healthy Living program, was an eye opener and complete game changer for me. NOTHING had changed my physique in 30 years. Truly. No diet, no amount of exercise, three lovely kids, eating well, and thankfully a fairly stress-free life. Yet, after 30 days of removing the top five allergens/foods high in alkalinity causing inflammation (wheat, dairy, sugar, coffee and alcohol) I saw a dramatic increase in afternoon energy, loss of sugar cravings, better sleep and yes! pounds lost.
