7/30/2017 1 Comment Guest Spotlight - Jane TelescoNot even a month into our new digs and the spotlight will shine once again! This time our guest spotlight shines brightly on Jane, one of our Founding Members and loyal labarre followers. Jane Telesco is one of the most kind, generous and loving people we have ever met. Those who know her have continuously watched her do things to help others and we are so gratified that she has finally found something that she can do for herself! “When I first started my instructor training for labarre” Sara Rosa, barre instructor notes, “Jane was one of the first people to come take my classes and she hasn't wavered in her support. It means the world to me to have her as part of our labarre family!” We share your sentiment Sara and want everyone to know about our star… so here we go! Jane Telesco Place of Birth: Lebanon, PA Hometown: San Jose, CA (Almaden Valley) Occupation: Logistics Program Manager, Cisco Systems Hobbies? Wine Tasting, Shopping and Travelling Tell us about your family! My “significant other” is Frank Parish and we have been together 21 years! I have 2 of my own children, Kristina and Brandon and also Max (our Rescue Dog!.) I also have the luxury of being an honorary step mom to 3 additional boys; Ethan, Devon and Jordan and I am an honorary Step Gigi to Grace, Austin and Levi! My favorite meal is… Lobster! What I rock out to is… AC/ DC Back in Black! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pAgnJDJN4VA Where I unwind… The Bahamas. Fitness is important to me because:
I have had lower back issues for years and gone through physical therapy and chiropractic care. Nothing seemed to be working and I was told repeatedly, that I needed to “Strengthen my Core”. It was perfect timing for me receiving that email from Sara (Thank you, XOX) about her new venture at labarre! Not only has my back been great, but I feel stronger and healthier! My fitness goals are… To continue to strengthen my core, tone, lose weight and to be in not only the best shape I can be in but also to be healthy. The most important thing to me is… My family and staying healthy, so I can keep up with the kids!! One thing I learned about myself in the past 6 months is… I am MUCH stronger then I think! (Special thank you to Anthea!) The thing I am most proud of is…. Sticking with labarre and not getting discouraged when I didn’t notice the changes myself (because others did!)

Jane Telesco is a really interesting person. I can very much relate with her work habits and goals. I also dream of travelling around the world and visiting a ton of memorable places. My fitness goal is to be a better person each and every passing day. I plan to overcome the hurdles, that I couldn't make through yesterday.
