December Update 2017!

Its in the books!  We have completed our first “FALL 15 FITNESS CHALLENGE!”  for those who had partaken in it, you've earned every star!  Now it is time to cash in on your success.  We are ready and fully stocked with new merchandise for your holiday shopping!

A full house was at 1445 The Alameda at our 90’s Hip Hop Drumming Classes in November.  Make sure to reserve a spot in December for our next Friday night themed “90’s Hip Hop Drumming Class” as it is an awesome time – especially if you’re a Hip Hop fan like us.

​A handful of labarre instructors spent the afternoon on post at Camp Parks Dublin.  We look forward to being invited back to teach a military appreciation barre class and are always thankful for the brave men and women that allow us to do what we are blessed to do.

​We packed the house with our first sample HIIT Pilates Class in November and by popular demand we will offer another sample class in December.  We have heard some great feedback from you all on the new classes and offerings… keep the feedback coming as we aim to please when it comes to adjusting the curriculum for our guests needs.

Our Century Board in the studios grows and grows.   Look who has achieved the 100 classes milestone.  Make sure to stop by the front desk for your photo and add yourself to our Board – it’s a great way to track your progress and feel good about the hard work you are putting in to your body.

Remember, all through the winter months, you can bring a coat to labarre studios and we will proudly display it on our rack outside for those in need.  The "Leave a Coat, Take a Coat" program has garnered some great responses and smiles, but most importantly has really helped our neighbors!  Keep some grateful folks warm and make a difference by partaking in it.

Visiting those in need in the Rose Garden & surrounding areas.  Wear festive clothing, bring along noisemakers, strong vocals and one wrapped gift. 
Bus leaves at 2:00p, please arrive 15-minutes early.

Finally I want to end our update with a big THANK YOU to all of our guests and members who continue to spread the word about labarre studios.
