Well if you said yes – which we hope you did – we have just the thing to get your summer kick started so it helps the mind, body and spirit.  At labarre studios, it’s important to keep you motivated so we can have the entire community focused on achieving goals attending classes and
​making summer a time to amplify your

fitness journey because whether you are hitting the beach, the mountains or that all important family vacation, we want you to look and feel your best; and we're giving you 100 days to get it done.
 
We are proud to welcome our Summer Strong Challenge!  We already hope that you have a love for getting your body healthy, strong and in the shape you expect it to be… we are simply adding some flavor to your daily routines.
 
With Summer Strong, you will be encouraged to partake in chronicling your journey and we will make it easy.  Did we mention there’d be super-amazing, awesome, fun and valuable prizes?!
 
No?  Well guess what?  We will have super-amazing, awesome, fun and valuable prizes!
 
You can earn these prizes by taking classes and posting photos on your Instagram account and using one of two hashtags.

Beginning May 28th (Memorial Day), our first week of Summer Strong will commence and will continue for 100 days (or 14 weeks) through September 3rd (Labor Day).

We are awarding those who post each week with a chance to win a
$5 Gift Card or Free ToeSox, with a new person chosen every week!

*Instagram post winners will win a $5.00 Gift Card or their choice of traditional toesox.
