60 minutes. A perfect integration of energizing music, challenging sequencing and mind-body principles of Yoga. Labarre Fusion combines traditional Vinyasa Yoga with lightweights and cardio to tone and strengthen all major muscle groups. Leave feeling strong, balanced and inspired!

60 minutes. Focus will be on alignment and strength based flow. Each class will have a minimum of two arm balances. This class is designed for injury prevention as its core purpose is to build strength at the end range of motion.

60 minutes. A fitness based approach using breathing and mindful flow with Yoga and barre isometric movements. More repetition and longer holds, constantly pushing you beyond your threshold. No two classes are alike while changing the focus and keeping your muscles guessing. Class will strengthen your mental focus. Come join us to realize that you are stronger than you can even fathom!

STREtch
Reset, reopen and restore your overused and injured areas of your body. Experience the benefits of rolling and self-massage using therapy balls and movement. This 10+ minute therapy stretch class can bring greater awareness to often unattended places and offer myofascial release both soothing and imperative for self-care, recovery, injury prevention and building strength.
