Father daughter duo, Phoenix and Dave, bring you their combined passion for movement and music in this unique Flow and Groove class. This class is a unique collaboration of each of their skills. Dave is a lifelong songwriter and guitarist who focuses on the uplifting potential of music through rhythm, melody and dynamic and atmospheric variations. As a lover of movement from a young age, Phoenix discovered yoga as a path to recovery from her dance injuries and has found through her practice, both joy in movement and a stress reliever. Phoenix completed her 200-Hour Hatha-Vinyasa certification in 2012 and has been teaching classes regularly ever since. Phoenix will weave you through a fun, powerful and energizing vinyasa based class to challenge and center your mind and body all brought together with Dave’s groovy live jams. Bring your friends and family and join us for this special class that will truly get you groovin’.

Trail starts from Fremont Older Reserve parking lot. Pretty easy trail combining the Cora Older Trail, Seven Springs Trail, and Hayfield Trail. One section has a good view over the city, allows biking, and has some narrow sections. There are some sections covered by trees, and some areas are open -- you may need sunscreen during summertime. You'll cross a small creek along the trail. There are some small hills, but there's little challenge.
