October 19th is National Get To Know Your Customers Day. With that I wanted to take the opportunity to say a few things. Although I love the idea of this day, I never view the people who come through labarre as customers. They are our guests and family.
I view labarre studios as my second home and we welcome guests and family into our home.
It is the guests, in particular, that make this a home and make going to labarre so special everyday. You are filled with stories and wonder, fun and anecdotes, smiles and hugs and the area is forever filled with joy and the fitness journeys that you are all personally embarking on.
As we watch these changes occur in mind, body and spirit the equipe of instructors and I are blessed to be witness to tears of joy as you connect with us. From holding a position you once couldn’t, to meeting new people at the studios or visibly seeing you all just simply making much needed time for “you”, I speak for us all when I say we are appreciative beyond belief.
We couldn't be more proud of our guests and family and we will openly welcome any new people who walk through our front doors. We look forward to learning more and more about you all and although this is National Get To Know Your Customers Day, I think the other 364 days are even more important for us.
